郭敏是基德的中国税务合伙人。
曾为众多外国公司在华投资提供咨询服务，在中国的并购和合资交易方面拥有丰富的经验，包括为公司的重组和税务优化提供建议。
郭敏还是项目、税务、海关、外汇管制和商法领域的专家，曾为国际客户处理各类重大项目、并购交易、合资和跨境重组事宜。
2005年加入基德北京代表处，此前曾在四大会计师事务所之一的税务部门担任税务顾问。2002年加入中国全国律师协会，并于2006取得中国注册税务师执业资格。
